All you are now required need to do is to generate a negative calorie balance/deficit to that arm fat.
One further critical key point to think about is that when you produce a calorie deficit there is no way of knowing which part of your body the fat tissue will be stripped off. It won’t simply be removed from the part of the body that you have been exercising. That is the reason why performing hundreds of sit-ups isn’t going to burn fat off your waist line. Rather fat tissue will slowly be removed from all different parts of your body in now particular order. The arm fat may not be the first place it disappears from although at some point it will most definitely start coming off from their, patience and persistence is all that is required.
The three best ways to generate a calorie deficit and get rid of arm fat are:
1) Aerobic activity – walking, rowing, running or swimming. Anything of these exercises will do fine just so long as you do them at least three times each week. Walking home from work would be a great place to start or hopping off the bus a few stops earlier than normal. Playing a sport would of course make it more fun and of course a fitness centre is always an option. Exercise burn up calories and will help to produce that calorie deficit, doing it as part of your routine is the key.
2) Eat healthy meals that are smaller in size more often. Rather than eating 2-3 times each day, try four or five times every day. This ramps up the metabolic rate of your body (the speed at which your body burn off calories). The faster this occurs, the greater the number of calories you will burn off even when you are resting! And of course cutting out the fast foods is a must, so saying no to sweets, fizzy drinks and such like must also be the norm.
3) Do some weight training. You won’t suddenly start looking like a muscle bound monster although it wil give you shade more muscle mass. This muscle mass will then need calories in order for it to maintain its funtionality. And so it follows that you will naturally burn off more calories every day even when you are not training or being active! Great exercises that hit the tricep region that will help firm up tha area are: dips, bench presses and tricep kickbacks.
Don’t forget though that pumping iron may firm and strengthen the area, but it will not get rid of the fatty tissue floating around on top of the muscle. To lose underarm fat there you must focus on producing that calorie deficit, there is no way around this!
