Lose Weight In A Week

This article is the second part of two, the first part is located here: How To Get Skinny And Lose Weight In A Week.

turbulenceHere are some eye opening key points to take note of. These ‘how to lose weight in a week’ pictures and slogans are all thought up by the advertising agencies, who specialize in the invention of need and want. By creating the feeling that you want to look as good as the models do in the “after” pictures, these advertisers have succeeded.

What you should do is be realistic and realize that these pictures hold, to a certain extent false claims. Stop watching, stop reading, stop listening. It’s all made up of false information. Every picture, every word.

Some points to take note off:

- They are paid actors and models.
- They all looked that good long before whatever quick weight loss product they are advertising was even invented.
- The pictures are fake.
- They are heads on different bodies.
- They are 6 months apart instead of 6 weeks apart.
- The lighting has been changed.
- The person is flexing and smiling instead of slouching and frowning.
- They were ugly and pale, now they’re pretty and tanned.
- The “after” picture is really the before picture, and they then had this in-shape person purposely gain weight to create a “before” picture.

Somehow, in one way or another, it’s all a big illusion. Advertisers claims such as ‘Lose weight in a week’ that you see on posters or billboards are just untrue. Weight loss pills, supplements, equipments and products, all of which offer the opportunity to lose weight swiftly, are simply untrue. “I lost 30 pounds in just 2 weeks!”, is a common testimonial often found on a weight loss ad. Well, the only way you’re going to lose that much weight in such a short period of time is if you are involved in some kind of freak accident. One must always keep in mind that any weight loss claims that seem way too good to be true always are. Remember that.

If you think the points I have made above are just my opinion, you are dead wrong. There are many articles and regulations written by the Federal Trade Commission, citing that there are plenty of false claims on these weight loss advertisements and products. Search on the internet to find these articles, they will only serve to strengthen my argument.

Secondly, the unsafe way to lose weight quickly. Most of these methods have been proven to be ineffective, or unsafe. Typically, these methods all involve the consumption of some “special” pill, recipe, soup or supplement which have never been tested in large studies or have bad side effects and quite often simply do not work and are harmful.

By now, you should have sufficient knowledge to know the requirements of your body. Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and even certain types of beneficial fats are all required by the body to maintain a healthy body system. Just eating pills and supplements is not beneficial for your body, and it may even do the opposite and cause harm to your body, whilst you may lose weight in a week you will probably be harming yourself at the same time and you will almost undoubtedly put the weight staright back on as the weight loss is artificila i.e. you may have simply been losing liquids.

OK, so now you know how the weight loss industry is designed to keep you fat by making you buy things that do not work by forcing incorrect information on you. You need never fall for such traps again!

Thankfully however there is another method of losing weight, considered effective and completely safe. Specifically, it is the ‘Burn Belly Fat Solution’ which is all about lower calorie intake. This is a slower process of reducing your weight, and it involves taking on board 500 calories below your calorie maintenance level each day. This is the tried and tested method of losing weight, which has been proven to be the most effective, safe and achieves results that last i.e. you won’t put the weight back on. An individual can genuinely lose weight in a week safely but the amount will be between 1-2 pounds per week, which is deemed to be the ideal rate to lose weight. Experts generally agree on this figure, and by experts I mean doctors, scientists and nutritionists.
