About The Fat Burning Furnace System
The Fat Burning Furnace System is devised and written by Rob Poulos a former fat guy come good. It is a 158 page ebook on how to lose weight and increase lean muscle mass. This is achieved primarily by altering your dieatry and exercise habits in order to boost your resting metabolic rate (which is how fast you burn calories when you are doing nothing), this is what the furnace part refers to.
Inside the Fat Burning Furnace ebook Rob does seem to go on a bit at first about why his methods work so well which I suppose is to give you a confidence boost before you start the plan yourself but it does feel a bit much as you have already bought the ebook by then.

The heart of the system is not discussed until page 24, information on exercise proceeds to page 104 and from page 105 onwards the main focus is the diet.
The exercises recommended revolve around short 20-25 minute weight training sessions that are to be done three times per week. These are full body workouts but strangely the exercises are to be done very slowly in an attempt to exhaust the muscles and only one set of each exercise is required to be done as opposed to the usual three. If you haven’t exercised for a while then don’t panic there is a nice gently introductory program to get you up to speed which is very positive.
The Fat Burning Furnace nutrition section is quite clear and concise, it goes through all the common misconceptions that often hold people back from losing weight and then goes on to show you exactly what you should be doing instead. You are provided with sample meal plans, a link for lots of good recipes to use, printable meal planners and a basic bodyfat percentage calculator.
The Extras
There are three levels of purchase for the Fat Burning Furnace:
1) Deluxe – This is the basic package containing the 158 page ebook and three months of email coaching from Rob.
2) Ultimate – This package is oddly priced the same as deluxe so you may as well get this at least as in addition it contains a metabolic rate calculator and a bodyfat analyzer.
3) Blow Torch – Included with this is all of the above and a 21 page digital manual including 7 videos varying in duration from 16 – 21 minutes. These show the author demonstrating advanced techniques and is not really necessary unless you are already at a high enough fitness level to tackle these and have completed everything in the main guide first!
The Good
You will be clear on what exercises you are doing and why as the guide is well written and clear throughout. The training sessions are short and sharp, the idea being to get in and out of the gym as quickly as you can. There is an alternative bodyweight session for those who don’t have access to weights. No long boring cardio workouts have to be done and you can also contact the author directly if you have any problems.
The Bad
Well, there are no videos included in the ultimate or deluxe fat Burning Furnace packages so you have to make do with photos and explanations. The diet section is not massively comprehensive as in other guides but is adequate. You are required to have a set of weights or to be a member of a gym although there is a body weight workout included it does not really hit all of your body fantastically well although it would be good for holidays. Most annoyingly though he keeps trying to sell you on some food supplements throughout. You don’t need them.
The Bottom Line
If you are serious about losing weight and are going to commit the time and effort to get through the Fat Burning Furnace ebook and apply the principles you can’t go far wrong. A well written guide that offers value for money that we feel will see you lose weight permanently. We hope you found this review Fat Burning Furnace useful. Good luck.
