While the above calculation is probably quite accurate to a certain extent for most people, it is difficult to determine if it will be completely accurate for everyone. Since this is the figure that will be most crucial to your belly fat solution I’d prefer a more accurate method, here goes:
This method involves consuming a particular number of calories each day, and then monitoring what effect it has on your weight. For example, if you found that weight remained more or less constant after eating this certain number of calories per day, you would have stumbled upon your own calorie maintenance level. But if the reverse occurs and you find that you actually gained weight instead, reduce your calorie intake and then very likely, you will find that weight is actually being lost. It is recommended that you try out the second mentioned method. What I propose is using your current calorie intake as a basis, to estimate the number of calories to start the “test” on. To outline this amount, start the test on any day and eat like you normally would. However, be sure to account for the amount of calories you take throughout the entire day and add it up at the end of the day. Keep on doing the same thing for a few days and then add the sum together and then find the average of all the days. This number is the average amount of calories you are currently taking in each day, and it is a perfectly ideal figure to use as a foothold, in which you can make a perfect starting point for method #2.
