The Fat Burning Soup Diet
The fat burning soup diet is generally allowed to be done for 7 days at maximum as a way to temporarily lose pounds. Such is the principle of this soup diet, that the more soup you drink the more the amount of weight you should be able to shed.
The plan allows people to drink as much Cabbage Soup as you want at a time, which may sound appealing to dieters. After all, the one thing pleasant to people on diets is hearing that they can eat unlimited amounts of food, and still lose weight fast.
There is a long standing rumor that the following diet was created at certain hospitals and medical facilities. But to date, no doctor or nurse has ever stepped up to claim that the diet was in fact, produced by them. This diet is certainly not for long term usage and in fact whether it is safe and healthy to follow at all is certainly debatable!

This web-site personally recommends a more long term approach that is grounded more in science and what is known to be safe and effective, however just to satisfy your curiosity here it is:
Day One: Consume only fruits, all fruits with banana being the exception. Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water. Have as much soup as you want to.
Day Two: All your heart’s desire – fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Avoid dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.
Day Three: Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables, and soup, as you like but no baked potato.
Day Four: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five: You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.
Day Six: Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven: Eat all you want of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages, not even diet soda.
