The Truth About Abs Ebook is authored by Mike Geary who is a nutritionist and personal trainer. It is basically a 149 page ebook containing two main section: ‘Diet and Nutrition’ and ‘Exercise’. So, The Truth About Abs does it work?
Well, the first half of the book is devoted mainly to diet and nutrition. Mike goes into quite a lot of detail to show how what you eat effects your body and its metabolism (the speed at which your body works off calories). There are sections on what carbohydrates to eat, meal timings, the benefits of tea for weight loss, blood sugar levels and balanced meal plans. The manner of the presentation is quite informal and in the main easy to read.
The second half of the book is mainly devoted to exercise and so on.

Rob provides you with routines to follow and gives plenty of pointers and time proven advice on how to really make the exercises work for removing your belly. He explains clearly which exercises to do in order to speed up the bodies metabolism which is crucial. He also reveals how you can perform a home workout so you needn’t have to fork out to join a gym.
Throughout Truth About Abs Mike is constantly exposing myths and exposing them for what they are and showing how these may have been holding back your weight loss in the past.

The main e-book contains most of the best ideas and all you really need however the bonuses are well put together and complement the main program very well.
The Good
The exercise section is excellent. It contains very good exercise advice and programs for you to follow. You will never be in doubt as to how to exercise for weight loss that is for sure and if you follow the program your abs will be beautifully sculpted so long as you remove the layer of fat so the world can see them. There is even a useful section on workouts that you can do at home so you needn’t go to the gym all the time. You will get a great grounding in the weight loss principles of exercise and diet and how to combine them and make them a part of your lifestyle. There is also a very useful section on which foods are good for speeding up your metabolism.
The Bad
Well, I felt that whilst the nutritional information was comprehensive, perhaps too much so, it wasn’t overly practical as it was so detailed. It would probably take most people a few reads to get to grips with and might be a tad off putting to some although it all merits inclusion. There were some sample meal plans (with calorie totals) but not many and there were no recipes to follow or anything like that. I think the addition of a few online videos would help a great deal to explain a few points or even to demonstrate a few of the exercises. Some people just prefer to learn visually as opposed to reading.
It is also worth pointing out again that the ebook on its own is not going to make you thin! You will as ever have to first put the effort in to read and understand the information in the ebook but you will also then have to implement that approach into your life. However this is the same with any information product so in answer to The Truth About Abs does it work? we would have to answer defintely yes if you put the effort in!
The Bottom Line
If you take the time to read understand and then implement this program then dramatic improvements in health, reduction in weight and improved visibility of your abs is bound to follow. In short you can’t go far wrong with this program!
