There is a great deal of variety worked into the program in terms of both the exercises you can do and the diet you can follow. This prevents boredom setting in and allows you to choose that which you prefer to do. The exercise sessions are short and sharp and only need to be done three times per week and what’s more you can even do them at home so no need to join a gym if you can’t quite afford that.
