The Good

Craig is straight talking and there’s no fluff or BS in this guide. It is therefore nice and concise so that you are not reading unnecessarily. There is a great deal of variety worked into the program in terms of both the exercises you can do and the diet you can follow. This prevents boredom setting in and allows you to choose that which you prefer to do. The exercise sessions are short and sharp and only need to be done three times per week and what’s more you can even do them at home so no need to join a gym if you are on a budget.

The Bad

There is an absence of sample meal plans to use so you are a bit on your own with this one although the nutrition information is of high quality and you shouldn’t have to many problems sorting this out for yourself. Do not make the mistake of buying this problem if you are already skinny and want to build muscle, this is a weight loss program despite the front cover.

The Bottom Line

This program probably provides the best workouts of all the online programs for weight loss. They are short sharp and will burn fat off your body as they really do dramatically increase your metabolism. The diet section is adequate and together this is a formidable fat loss program.
